When people think of careers for young adults, they often still consider the traditional jobs of the past that are available after completing a four year degree. But non-traditional career paths have taken the economy by storm over the past 10–15 years, and they present unique employment opportunities for young adults in particular.

Real estate offers a low-cost way to earn a professional license and start working immediately. The earning potential of real estate is very high for motivated individuals.

Even if real estate isn’t the end career goal for a young adult, it will impart new skills that may be applied to different jobs in the future. Real estate can also be a side option while pursuing higher education.
