Class meets in our virtual classroom. We use Adobe Connect, it's similar to Zoom but made for education.

You'll receive the link a few days prior to class to be able to log in when class begins. 30 hour course required to obtain the SC Property Management License.

Includes textbook and large packet of materials and handouts, which will be sent to you through USPS mail, tuition includes $20 for shipping your book and materials.
