Already licensed in another state and looking to get your South Carolina real estate license?
If you are an out-of-state resident with an active real estate license, you only need to take the South Carolina state portion of the real estate exam—no additional coursework required!
However, if you are a South Carolina resident, you must complete the pre-licensing course, even if you are licensed in another state. South Carolina residents who have lived in the state for six months or less are still considered non-residents for licensing purposes.
This comprehensive study packet—updated with the 2025 South Carolina license law—is designed specifically for those only taking the state portion of the exam. It includes everything you need to prepare and pass with confidence:
✅ South Carolina License Law (Full text)
✅ South Carolina Consumer Protection Code (with practice questions)
✅ South Carolina Real Estate Tax Laws (with practice questions)
✅ South Carolina Coastal Zone Management Act (with practice questions)
✅ Chapter 50: The Residential Property Condition Disclosure Act
✅ 200 SC-Specific Practice Questions & Answers
✅ SC-Only Portion of Our Standard Pre-Exam Seminar
✅ Two SC License Law Quizzes with Solutions
